Roots of Impact.

City Indigenous Group was established with a singular, powerful initiative: to create a self-sustaining cycle of economic growth and community empowerment for Australia's First Nations people.

Our journey began not as a purely commercial venture, but as a response to the need for authentic Indigenous leadership in the property services and facilities management sectors.

The Milestone

"Our history is written in the success stories of the people we employ and the communities we serve."

Foundational Vision

From day one, our mission was clear: commercial excellence as a vehicle for social change. We recognized that by delivering world-class cleaning, supplies, and maintenance services, we could generate the capital necessary to reinvest back into Indigenous-led programs.

Community Ties

Our roots are deeply embedded in community organizations like the Babana Aboriginal Men's Group and the Tribal Warrior Aboriginal Corporation. These connections ensure that everything we do is grounded in cultural authenticity and genuine community need.

Our Mandate

The Mission.

"To deliver industry-leading commercial excellence that creates a self-sustaining cycle of economic empowerment and cultural pride for First Nations peoples."

Employment Pathways

We actively create training and professional development programs specifically designed for First Nations job-seekers, bridging the gap between talent and opportunity through the Babana Aboriginal Men's Group network.

Supply Nation Support

As a Certified Supply Nation member, we act as an anchor point, mentoring smaller Indigenous businesses and helping them navigate large-scale commercial landscapes to build a stronger collective economy.

Youth Empowerment

A portion of every contract contributes to educational and sports initiatives for Indigenous youth, partnering with the Tribal Warrior Aboriginal Corporation to foster the next generation of leaders.

Cultural Consultancy

We assist our non-Indigenous partners in developing authentic Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) and improving their own Indigenous engagement models through lived experience and professional advice.
